MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Maintenance calendar management on assigned customers;
Preventive maintenance planning;
On-site help desk to support customers and field technicians;
Remote control management for customer support;
Direct relations with customers (clinical engineers, physicians, operators, technical offices);
Performing repair/maintenance activities on products (60% on-site activities);
Managing the procurement of spare parts by liaising with suppliers;
Technical reference for some instrumental lines.

REQUIREMENTS:
Professional
At least five years’ experience in the role with companies preferably in the medical industry or marketing of analytical laboratory instrumentation;
Good knowledge of written and spoken English;
Maintenance contract management skills;
Knowledge of relevant regulations;
Discreet use of Office and Erp Microsoft Dynamics or similar computer aids.
